YOUR sessions and program are personalised to suit YOUR needs and YOUR needs only. 

My true passion is helping people achieve what they thought they couldn’t! Whether your goals are recovering from illness, injury, being able to move better in your everyday life, improving your fitness, or losing inches and body fat we’ll tailor the package just for you.

  • Your very own food diary analysis and personal action plan based around your daily schedule and needs. We’ll look at healthy food swaps that fit perfectly with your daily routine
  • Structured and progressive workout sessions based on YOUR ability and YOUR goals. Every session will be different!
  • Full body analysis of body fat, muscle mass, hydration, visceral fat, flexibility and fitness levels, taken for you to see and measure your progression as we work through
  • Complete Personal attention and coaching, ensuring a safe, effective and progressive exercise program
  • Email and telephone support from me throughout our time together

Fully Equipped Gym

I operate from a private fully equipped gym in Stonnall, Post Code WS9 9DX.

10 x 1 hour sessions £400 payable in advance based on 1 session per week.

Reduced rates given for weekday sessions and for 2 or more sessions per week. Please get in touch for details.
