I specialise in helping men and women with rehabilitation and have many years experience of supporting men and women with heath challenges such as hip, knee shoulder, heart disease, cancer, disabilities to name a few.

A Health Check, Coaching Consultation or/and any type of consultation is a mandatory requirement in line with insurance guidelines.  Either or any stated consultations must be conducted when signing up and paying in advance for a single or block booking against the following services; Health & Fitness, LEAP Program, Wellness & Relaxation or Food & Nutrition.
